Garden District
Garden District work happens behind the house, on lots where the fence line, the outbuildings, and the plantings all predate the current owner. Access is through a gate, so material and equipment decide the method. New work has to read as though it was always there, which rules out a good deal of what would be fine on a new lot across the lake.
