Join Our Crew
Smoketree Landscape and Wetstone Custom Pools employ more than a hundred people between them, and nearly all of the work is done by our own crews instead of handed off to somebody else. The person who installs a landscape or forms a pool is on our payroll, learning a trade, and putting their name on something that will still be standing in twenty years.
What the Work Is Actually Like
It's outside, it starts early, and it's real work. It's also the kind of job where you can drive past something you built five years ago, and feel good when you see it still looks right. Our fleet leaves the office every morning and spreads out across the Northshore and New Orleans, and a lot of the people on those trucks have been working together for years.

Year-round work
Maintenance runs through the winter, and construction runs through the summer, so the schedule doesn't dry up in January the way it does at a lot of outfits.
Somewhere to go
Plenty of our people started on a maintenance crew and moved into construction, hardscape, or pools. If you want to learn a trade, say so early and we'll put you on that path.
Safety that gets enforced
Our crews are trained and equipped for the work, and nobody is asked to get around something unsafe to stay on schedule.
