Smoketree Landscape and Wetstone Custom Pools have spent nearly thirty years building and maintaining properties throughout southeastern Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We listened to what our clients wanted, and evolved to offer them a comprehensive range of services that enhance exteriors and outdoor living spaces without sacrificing the face-to-face relationships that make their customer experience truly exceptional.
Our Story
Smoketree Landscape was incorporated in Mandeville, Louisiana in 1997. In the company's first years, the focus of their work was strictly lawn maintenance. As more and more clients began requesting the Smoketree team to handle additional projects for their properties, the company expanded to landscape installation, hardscaping, and pool design and construction.
Wetstone Custom Pools was added along the way. Every pool is concrete and masonry, formed and finished onsite and meticulously managed by our own teams from start to finish.
On paper, the two are separate companies. In practice, they share an office, a shop, and a mission, all working hand-to-hand to create the ideal outdoor beautification experience––from the landscape architecture and design work that guides it, the drainage and irrigation work that sustains it, the pools and outdoor living spaces that enhance it, and the dedicated oversight that transforms multiple exterior improvement projects into a streamlined turnkey operation for every customer.

We cannot recommend Smoketree/Wetstone highly enough. The end result is not only beautiful, but low maintenance and carefully designed to deal with our significant grading and drainage concerns. They are not cheap, but you truly get what you pay for. Five stars isn't enough.
